We offer 4 types of IT support
1. A stress free, 'pay as you' go ad hoc IT support service that is ideal for small businesses and start-up organisations that might have a limited budget, or for businesses that do not want a full-time managed IT contract.
2. We can also provide ad-hoc support with a monthly retainer which gives you guaranteed response times in the event of an issue. Again, this is ideal for small businesses and start-up organisations.
3. We provide a fully managed, unlimited telephone, remote and onsite support to resolve any issues that arise with your desktops, servers or network within our standard support hours 08:30 – 18:30. With the unlimited support we will also provide you with a technical account manager who will oversee your account and give advice on how to improve the network as well as future upgrade plans. 24/7 monitoring of your infrastructure will be included within the support as standard allowing us to monitor the key criteria (for example disk space and backups) of your server infrastucture to help identify any possible issues that may arise before they affect the users.
